Mannai Properties is the real estate development division of the Mannai group of companies. It was established by its Chairman, Salem Ahmed Al Mannai in 1974. It has been a leading property development company for 50 years. As Mannai Properties progresses through its fifth decade in the industry, the company has maintained the standard for a higher level of living, while striving on an ongoing basis to improve its quality to better satisfy its tenants. The real estate division includes apartments, commercial shops, villas and lands for rent and sale.

The company has a variety of properties accommodating a wide range of lifestyles, sizes and prices. Primarily developing new residential apartments and villas in targeted areas across Bahrain. Chairman’s Message

As we enter our fifth decade into the real estate market, we are fortunate to witness and contribute to the growth of Bahrain’s flourishing economy. Since inception it has been critical that we make sure to develop not only prime real estate developments, but also to create a quality living environment our tenants would be glad to call their home. We were the first in the Kingdom to introduce the concept of fully furnished apartments with state-of-the-art amenities. Our main inspiration behind this comes from our commitment to provide comfortable family living.

The group has grown into a diversified conglomerate that provides products, services, and executes contracts across multiple sectors. Our growth has mirrored that of the region over the last fifty years. We have established several partnerships and joint ventures with world class international organizations.
